Responsible for department quality improvement measures and the collection of monthly required data. Assist with the implementation of quality improvement program to meet company, state, federal, and ACHC standards. Performs telemarketing functions as required including but not limited to patient survey call, maintenance follow up calls, hospice patients and families and introductory calls to potential referral sources. Develop and maintain current HME products and services, and provide impact on marketing to customers, physicians and other referral sources. This position will also support clinical technician as having the working knowledge on delivering and setting up equipment, performance of preventative maintenance and simple repairs on equipment. Will assume on call responsibility during non routine business hours.
