The healthy365 Program Assistant supports healthy365 staff in efficiently executing daily functions. The staff is responsible for performing administrative secretarial, receptionist and clerical duties within the healthy365 office and community activities/program locations. The staff will be responsible for engaging with community individuals and partner organizations in communication and implementation of programming.
This is a Summer position only!
Patients First Behavior with patients, visitors, physicians and coworkers while conducting phone business or in-person interactions. Sets up and inputs accurate database information and creates spreadsheets to be utilized in tracking program data. Maintains insight and knowledge of healthy365 mission, activities, and program guidelines and is able to communicate these effectively with individuals in the community.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 1. High school education or currently in school 2. Typing skills: experience working with Microsoft office 3. Basic knowledge in the use of office equipment such as a calculator, copier/printer, computer 4. Keen hearing and speaking skills 5. Customer services 6. Confidentiality
