Operates and cleans equipment properly and safely. Plays an active role in sanitation, cleaning and stocking. Accurately serves and portions food items. Demonstrates the ability to work trayline position accurately and timely.
Previous experience in food service preferred; demonstrated ability to handle responsibility; demonstrated attendance and punctuality; motor coordination and manual dexterity; stand and/or walk 100% of time; frequent bending to ankle level, lifting above head, able to lift 35 lbs unassisted, may pull meal carts weighing 225 lbs. May work around hot equipment such as steam tables, dish machine, 3rd compartment sink, etc. May be required to go in freezer or walk in refrigerators. May be required to handle hazardous chemicals with protective equipment.
