Performs technical jobs however may be trained for non-technical jobs and perform them on occasions. Technical jobs include working with different diets, delivering food to patients, preparation of large quantities of food, able to cook to order for patients, taking inventory of stock and monitoring of equipment.
May include the following duties: cooking to order, preparation of large quantity of food, knowledge of CBORD computer system, exemplary customer service skills, use of all equipment in the cooks area and cleaning of all equipment. Has knowledge of food products including pack size and where inventory is stored.
A minimum of one to two year experience in foodservice preferred and experience with computers are helpful in some positions. Complete yearly mandatory education. Great customer service skills.
